Bookings and Reservations

• • All bookings require a signed agreement and deposit to confirm the reservation.
  • Full payment is due 14 days before the scheduled event unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed in writing.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made 30 days before the event.
  • Refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that all attendees adhere to venue policies, including noise limits and property care.
  • Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas.

• • The client assumes full responsibility for any damages to the venue, property, or equipment caused by the client, guests, or vendors.
  • Venue at the Farm is not liable for personal injuries, lost items, or damages incurred during the event.
  • Clients must obtain event insurance if required in the agreement.

  • Users may not copy, distribute, or modify website content without written permission.
  • Unauthorized attempts to access restricted areas of the website or interfere with its functionality are prohibited.
